Our clients are Chicago-area law firms and corporate legal departments. We place licensed attorneys and law school students and graduates, as well as other support professionals, including paralegals, law clerks, docket clerks, law firm marketers, and administrative support professionals to meet our clients’ temporary and direct-hire staffing needs.

We offer assignments in a variety of legal environments from the largest firms in the city, to Chicago and suburban corporations, to smaller boutique practices. Although we cannot predict when it will happen, many clients hire away from us our best contractors – in fact, we are thrilled when it happens!

Typically, the assignments fall within two main areas: litigation and trial support work, or corporate and transactional matters. The assignments vary in length from a few short days, to many months in a row. For example, we have hired and placed assignment professionals to review documents on large bankruptcy matters, assist with corporate due diligence on real estate acquisitions, and draft corporate contracts.
